"I discovered a substantial leak going to my crawlspace from behind my refrigerator right before I was planning to be out of the country for a long period. I called ARC Water Damage and Nina got her team to work right away. She did a lot of hand holding via text and phone before I left and while I was away. It was a relief to come home to a house that had been tidied up after the work was done. She coordinated the other subs who had to get involved and gave me recommendations for General Contractors to repair the damage once her team restored the area. She is very professional and knowledgeable. This ordeal would have been much more difficult without her."

"I recently hired ARC Water Damage to deal with a water damage and mold problem in our kitchen. The company sent a representative to inspect the damaged area and determined a remediation course. After giving an estimate which we accepted a crew was sent to our home. They sealed off the damaged area and began the process of removing the water damaged and mold covered areas. Then they brought in dehumidifiers and air filters to dry out the remaining structure. This process lasted 3 days. Once done all equipment was removed. Great care was taken to not damage any of our appliances or belongings. I believe the quality of the work justified the expense. I woud recommend ARC to anyone in need of the service."
